1. Make Passport.
2. Write CV and make study plan.  In CV justify your last year project into three or four lines.
3. Notarized your highest degree from Notary advocate.
4. Select university which are under CSC scholarship.  You can find on google which universities are under CSC.
5. Go to that university website and select your School and then open faculty of that school.
6. Email to Professor or Associate Professor of your research interests. Keep in mind. PHD student can only select Professor and Master student can select both Professor and Associate Professor.
7. You can find email wording from Google.
8. At least one apply should be in that university which has Application fee because in free university everyone will apply so merit wil be high.
9. In CSC groups,  you can find that which universities take maximum students so Apply in that university as well.
10. Make 2 Recommendation letter and proficiency letter from your last university.  Both recommendation letters should have different wordings.
