1. CSC Online Application Form   (Agency no for B category 10678)
2. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate
3.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
4. Curriculum Vitae and Study Plan
5. Two Recommendation Letters
6. Passport Copy
7. Physical Examination Form With Blood Test Reports
8. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
9. Acceptance letter (its optional not necessary)
10. Copy of valid HSK4 Certificate(if your major is in chinese language then you must provide it)
11. Copy of Non criminal Certificate (Police Clearance Certificate)
