1. CSC Online Application Form   (Agency no for B category 10425)
2. Highest Degree (Notarized copy).
3. If you are the student of a university then provide Hope Certificate.
4.  Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
5. Study Plan or Research Proposal (Not Less then 1500 words)
6. Two Recommendation Letters
7. Passport Copy
8. Physical Examination Form With Blood Test Reports
9. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
10. Acceptance letter from CUP Professor
11. HSK Certificate (if available)
12. Copy of Non criminal Certificate (Police Clearance Certificate)
