Required Documents List

  1. CSC Online Application Form (For B category agency number is 10389)
  2. Copies Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
  3. Copies Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
  4. A Study plan or Research Proposal
  5. Resume
  6. If the applicant is under 18 years old, relevant legal documents of the legal guardian in China shall be submitted.
  7. Electronic version of personal ID photo
  8. Two Recommendation Letters
  9. Valid passport photocopy
  10. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
  11. English Proficiency Certificate or HSK Certificate (optional)
  12. other documents like (acceptance letter,award certificates etc.)
