5. Two Recommendation Letters
6. Passport Copy
7. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
8. Related invention patents or academic papers
9. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory) For Chinese Taught  Program you Provide HSK Certificate if available.
10. Acceptance letter (its optional) perority given to those students who get acceptance letter
