1. CSC Online Application Form   (Agency no for B category 10357)
2. Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy) If you are a university student then provide Hope Certificate.
3.  Transcripts of Highest Education must be (Notarized copy)
4. Study Plan or Research Proposal (Not Less then 800 words.
5. Two Recommendation Letters By Professors and Associate Professors (Not from Assistant professors and Lecturer)
6. Passport Copy
7. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
8. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
9. Acceptance letter (its optional not necessary)
10. A CD of your own works (required for arts students only)
