2. Copies Highest Degree Certificate (Notarized copy)
3. Copies Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
4. A Study or Research Proposal ( about 800 words )
5. Two Recommendation Letters
6. Passport Copy
7. Research Achievements: published papers, award certificates or any other document that can testify academic achievements and research capacity
8. Physical Examination Form Photocopy
9. English Proficiency Certificate (Ielts is not Mandatory)
10. Certified documents of social activities (if available)
11. Certificate of No Criminal Record
